Yes. If you'd rather fly ahead or can't make the road trip, our driver collects your pet from your door and brings them to you. Pet-only journeys have some extra requirements on timing and paperwork, so tell us in the quote form and we'll confirm the details for your dates.

A microchip, a rabies vaccination given at least 21 days before travel, and an Animal Health Certificate (AHC) issued by a vet within 10 days of departure. Dogs returning to the UK also need a tapeworm treatment 1 to 5 days before arrival. Our paperwork guide covers every step with timings, and we check your documents together before travel day.

Typically £100 to £250 from an official vet, issued within 10 days of travel. It stays valid for onward EU travel and UK re-entry for 6 months, so a return trip inside that window doesn't need a second one.

Every journey is priced individually: distance, dates, who's travelling and what your pet needs all move it, so we quote rather than publish a price list. You get one complete, itemised number the same day: fare, plus the Le Shuttle ticket and road tolls at exactly what they cost for your dates. It's exact before you commit to anything.

Nothing dramatic. That's why we use it. Your pet stays in the car for the whole 35-minute crossing. No cargo hold, no kennels. Most pets sleep through it.

Only if that's what keeps your pet calmest. Pets must be safely secured in the car, with a harness, carrier or crate depending on size and temperament. Tell us what your pet is used to and we'll set the car up for it.

Up to five pets per vehicle. Tell us how many and what kind in the quote form. Additional pets add a supplement to the fare, not a doubling.

Yes, yes and yes. Calm handling is most of this job: unhurried pickups, quiet cars, comfort stops, and a driver who reads the animal in front of them. Tell us about your pet's temperament in the quote form and we'll plan around it.

Water is always on board and we schedule proper comfort stops. As a minimum, your pet gets water, a walk and a stretch every few hours, more often if they need it. You know your pet best; we follow your lead.

Yes. You get your driver's direct number before the day, and photo updates at pickup, at stops and on arrival, so you see your pet relaxed at every stage of the trip.

A deposit by secure card link (Stripe) locks in your date; the balance is due before travel day. Give us 24 hours' notice of a change and we'll move the booking or refund you in full, including the crossing ticket.

The border will refuse the journey. That's true for every transport company, and it's why we check your documents with you days before, so problems get fixed while they're still fixable. If a journey fails because of paperwork we warned about, the costs can't be refunded.

A tapeworm treatment given by a vet on the continent 24 to 120 hours before arrival, recorded in the AHC. On return journeys we check in at the Eurotunnel pet reception in Calais; allow around 90 extra minutes. We help you time the vet appointment correctly.

We're based in East London and cover London and the surrounding areas for pickup as standard. Further afield is usually possible, just ask. Destinations: Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam and Spain as standard routes, anywhere else in the EU on request, and anywhere in the UK.
